Swipe Out does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything happens on your device.

Swipe Out (“the app”) is developed by Omar Alejandro Regalado Mendoza (“we”, “I”). This policy explains how the app handles your information.

Photo Library Access

Swipe Out requests access to your photo library solely so you can review and delete your own photos on your device. Your photos:

• are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with anyone;
• are only shown to you inside the app;
• stay entirely on your device.

When you delete photos, the app uses Apple’s standard system deletion, which moves them to the “Recently Deleted” album, where iOS keeps them for 30 days before permanent removal. You can restore them from there during that period.

Data Collection

Swipe Out does not collect any personal data. Specifically, the app:

• does not require an account or login;
• does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking;
• does not access your contacts, location, or anything other than the photo library you explicitly grant;
• does not send any information off your device.

Third Parties

Swipe Out does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or servers. There is no backend.

Children’s Privacy

Swipe Out does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
