Frequently asked questions

How do I connect?
On the login screen, enter your provider’s server address, username, and password, then tap Connect. Your credentials are stored securely on your device only.

The app can’t connect / no channels load.
Check that the server address, username, and password are correct, and that your subscription is active. If your provider serves over HTTP, make sure you have an internet connection.

A channel won’t play.
Individual streams depend on your provider. Try another channel, or use Refresh to reload the catalog. You can also clear the local cache in Settings.

Does SuperTV include channels or content?
No. SuperTV does not provide, host, or distribute any content. It only plays the streams from the service you configure.
